1. A Turnkey Website Design or Template
We all know most aren’t Internet savvy so you’ll need this guide to either hook you up with a free site or give you some really good explanation on creating one! The easiest turnkey site has to be a Word Press Blog. Make sure it has a opt in form which allows you to build a list!

2. A Business Plan
This is a business and what I now know is you can’t win without one (Business Plan). “Direction” is the key to success and money making! When the steps are laid out in front of you, it’s easy to make every day productive!
3. A Marketing Plan
This is very similar to your business plan but more focused on the traffic generation> Every business needs traffic and the key to it is through a plan! If your on a budget, write out where those resources will be spent! And where your time needs to be spent to make this traffic a reality!
4. The Mind Set -Speech-
Also when you new it is forgotten that “wealth” is not common and take a bit of inner strength that isn’t held by most! so make sure your guide teaches you how to develop and strengthen your persistence!
